Macroom Buffalo Bocconcini is produced using milk from our herd of Grass Fed Water Buffalo, based in Macroom, County Cork. Our Mozzarella is a fresh, soft, semi elastic textured cheese. The process involves heating the curd to a point where it can be stretched and formed into various shapes, like our perfectly formed little balls of Bocconcini!
